Printing methods we use
Tampotryck is an indirect way of printing where the ink is transferred via a silicone dummy (tampon). The big advantage of this printing technique is that the pad is flexible and forms itself according to the item you want to press. This means that it is possible to press for example round, hollow and other bent objects. Starting costs are charged for tampa pressure for the machine to be installed and for a plate of layers to be created (kliché). These layers are filled with ink absorbed by the pad. The top layer, which dries slightly, becomes sticky and causes the ink to stick to the pad. When the pad is moving towards the object, it also wipes the slightly moister side and then it becomes a little sticky. Finally, the ink is stuck on the object and not on the silicone duo, since the silicon dunner has properties that prevent the ink from being sucked up by the pad.
Screen printing is a printing method used for graphic and industrial purposes. Textiles like print plates and solar cells can be printed with this method. When screen printing, a fine layer of netting is stretched over a frame that has a light-sensitive layer. The logo you wish to print is placed on the frame during exposure so that the dark surfaces can be washed afterwards. Once the ink has been used to the frame it is brushed over the fine mesh with a rubber scraper. The ink penetrates the mesh on the washed areas and presses against the object.

Sublimation is a printing method which means that a digitally printed image is gasified into the material by means of a heat press. The special sublimation dyes have a special quality that allows them to be transformed from a solid state to a gas state at a particular temperature. This happens without the colors reaching a floating state. Sublimation pressure is only possible with polyester that opens at a particular temperature, so that the dyes can be absorbed into the material. When the material is cooled, the color will become denser and the pressure will become extremely safe. The image is not located on the surface but is rather a part of the surface.

With digital printing, it is possible to print full-color logos directly on an item. It is no problem to get printed toned fillings and color transitions. Digital printing technology has been fully incorporated and become a common choice among traditional printing methods. Technology has also become increasingly popular for businesspresent impressions. The colors of the digital file are converted to CMYK color tones with digital printing. The advantages of digital printing are that you, even in full color, can print quite fast, despite small amounts. However, it is not always possible to get accurate PMS colors, as is the case with tampo and screen printing. Colors consisting of CMYK may differ marginally from the PMS scales on your color palette. Digital printing is also an environmentally friendly alternative, as there are never any waste residue of colors.
Embossing is a printing method where ink is not used and works in the same way as relief printing. The difference is that a thin layer of foil is used for embossing that gives the relief a permanent, glossy finish.
